A new Bolete for the Dene, Xerocomellus porosporus

Our first outing after the summer break and there were lots of fungi to choose from..

I believe this is Xerocomellus porosporus, the Sepia bolete. Characteristic features are cracked cap with pale showing through, red markings at apex and spores with truncated ends (13.5 x 5.5.um). Ref: Kibby, British Boletes 2013

We also collected Lactarius, Russulas and Mycena galopus, Lepiota cristata, Pluteus cervinus and several other species TBC.
